Answers to common questions about our Ambulatory Care Centre, treatments, and recovery process.
An ACC is a specialist medical centre where patients can get consultations, tests, and surgeries without staying overnight. Most treatments are done safely within the same day.
We focus on orthopaedic and pain procedures such as joint injections, arthroscopy, fracture care, and minimally invasive surgeries for bones, joints, and spine.
Yes. Our centre follows strict Ministry of Health (CKAPS) standards. Surgeries are performed by experienced specialists with trained anaesthetists and nurses.
Depending on the procedure and patient suitability, anaesthesia options may include local anaesthesia, sedation, regional anaesthesia, spinal anaesthesia or general anaesthesia, administered by qualified anaesthesia providers.
Preparation depends on the type of anaesthesia. Our team will provide specific instructions before your procedure, which may include fasting guidelines and medication advice.
Patients undergoing day-care procedures are monitored after surgery and discharged when clinically safe. Where appropriate, patients may be observed for up to 23 hours in accordance with ambulatory care practice.
Many insurance plans cover ACC procedures, but coverage depends on your policy. Our staff will help you check with your insurer.
If your condition requires admission, we will arrange a smooth transfer to our partner hospital for continued care.
You’ll have access to our doctors, physiotherapists, and follow-up visits to ensure proper healing.
You can call our centre, WhatsApp us, or book directly through our website. Walk-ins are also welcome for consultations.
